An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Embroidery Production Operative to join an amazing team in Horsham. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, expertise in colour matching, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
\nDay-to-day duties of the role:

- Machine Setup: Load designs, select appropriate thread colors, and prepare needles, bobbins, and backings. \n
- Material Preparation: Accurately hoop, frame, and stabilise garments such as shirts, hats, and jackets to prevent shifting during the sewing process. \n
- Quality Control: Monitor machines during operation to detect thread breaks, tension issues, or design flaws. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet studio standards. \n
- Machine Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, oiling, and part replacements to keep equipment in top working order. \n
- Inventory Management: Track and reorder threads, backing materials, and blank apparel to ensure production stays on schedule. \n
- Time Management: Balance multiple projects simultaneously to ensure orders are completed on time and to exact specifications. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience working with multi-head embroidery machine (e.g., Tajima, Melco, SWF) is highly preferred. \n
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and the ability to read digital work orders and digitising software. \n
- Physical Requirements: Comfortable standing for long periods, excellent colour vision, and the ability to lift boxes and materials. \n
