FP&A Manager, Marketing Communications, London, £80-85,000 We're looking for a commercially focused FP&A Manager to join a growing professional services business. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll play a key role in driving financial planning, forecasting, reporting and commercial analysis, helping business leaders make informed strategic decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, improving reporting, and using data to influence business performance. We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, proactive and detail-oriented, with a collaborative approach and a passion for improving processes and driving commercial performance.Key Responsibilities\n

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
  • \n
  • Produce monthly management reports, dashboards and commercial insights.
  • \n
  • Analyse profitability across clients, projects and service lines.
  • \n
  • Develop financial models to support pricing, resource planning and strategic decision-making.
  • \n
  • Design and monitor KPIs to improve business performance.
  • \n
  • Identify trends, risks and opportunities through financial analysis.
  • \n
  • Drive reporting improvements, automation and data quality across finance systems.
  • \n
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to support commercial decision-making.
  • \n
About You\n
    \n
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
  • \n
  • Experience in FP&A or commercial finance.
  • \n
  • Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
  • \n
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • \n
  • Commercially minded with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • \n
  • Confident communicating financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Experience within a professional services, consultancy or agency environment is advantageous.
