Logistics Team Leader

We are currently looking for a Logistics Team Leader. You will be working in Gloucester

Monday - Friday

08:30am - 16:30pm

Temp Contract - Ongoing

Pay rate - £17.85ph paye

Job Purpose

To provide effective leadership and day-to-day management of a busy driver team. You will oversee the planning and allocation of workloads, ensuring delivery and collection services are completed efficiently and within agreed timeframes. The role involves monitoring performance, maintaining high service standards, and driving continuous improvement. You will also build strong working relationships across teams and partner organisations, respond to customer queries, and support operational excellence across the service.
