We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Workwear Centre Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our on-site Workwear Centre. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, enjoys working in a people-facing environment, and is committed to delivering outstanding service.

Day-to-day of the role:

    \n
  • Collect and distribute laundry across the site.
  • \n
  • Liaise with the laundry provider to ensure service levels are maintained.
  • \n
  • Carry out garment embroidery and application of sewn-on badges.
  • \n
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • \n
  • Resolve order queries and provide timely updates to customers.
  • \n
  • Track orders and deliveries, notifying customers when garments arrive.
  • \n
  • Process returns and maintain accurate records.
  • \n
  • Act as the primary point of contact on-site for all workwear-related enquiries.
  • \n
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience to all Workwear Centre visitors, in line with our Legendary Service ethos.
  • \n
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work environment.
  • \n
  • Use computer systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook, to manage orders and communications.
  • \n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
    \n
  • Previous experience in a customer service, administration, retail, warehouse, or workwear environment is advantageous.
  • \n
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • \n
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • \n
  • Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • \n
  • Comfortable carrying out manual handling tasks associated with garment collection and distribution.
  • \n
