My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented HR Service Transformation Consultant on a Contract basis.

We are seeking an experienced HR Service Transformation Consultant to lead a significant organisational redesign programme across Corporate Facilities Management. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future operating model of a key council service

• Salary: £550-£650 a day inside IR35

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

\n
• Lead the organisational design and restructuring of the Corporate Facilities Management service
\n
• Review existing organisational structures, reporting lines, spans of control, workloads and service capacity
\n
• Develop future operating model options and organisational structure proposals
\n
• Work alongside HR and Finance colleagues to ensure proposals are financially viable, operationally effective and legally compliant
\n

About you:You will have the following experiences:

\n
• Extensive experience in a similar role
\n
• Extensive experience delivering organisational design and service redesign programmes
\n
• Strong experience developing future operating models with senior leadership teams
\n
• Local Authority experience is essential
\n
