Paint Sprayer

Reed Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in the Caerphilly area for an experienced Painter / Industrial Paint Sprayer to join their production team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive manufacturing environment, undertaking a variety of painting and production-related duties.

Working Hours

Next Week's Shift Pattern:

• Monday: 8:00am – 2:00pm
\n
• Tuesday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
\n
• Wednesday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
\n
• Thursday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
\n
• Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm
\n

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Mixing and applying paints, primers and clear coats to required specifications
\n
• Preparing surfaces and components for painting
\n
• Masking products and materials prior to paint application
\n
• Maintaining paint booths, equipment and work areas
\n
• Loading and unloading paint jigs, frames and production materials
\n
• Supporting general manufacturing and production activities
\n
• Maintaining stock levels and associated records
\n
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures
\n

Requirements

\n
• Previous experience in an industrial painting, spray painting or manufacturing environment
\n
• Knowledge of paint preparation and application techniques
\n
• Ability to work accurately and maintain high quality standards
\n
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
\n
• A valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence would be highly advantageous
\n
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work effectively as part of a team
\n
