Procurement Specialist

Alexander Lloyd are partnering with a growing international business to recruit a Procurement Specialist on a permanent basis, based in Crawley. This role is office based 5 days per week.

This is an exciting opportunity for a procurement professional with experience supporting project-based enquiries and sourcing activities. You'll be responsible for managing RFQs, identifying suppliers, negotiating costs, and supporting the successful delivery of infrastructure-related projects across global markets.

• Source products and services from UK and international suppliers
\n
• Manage and respond to customer RFQs
\n
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers
\n
• Assess quotations to ensure technical and commercial compliance
\n
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
\n
• Manage multiple project enquiries and deadlines simultaneously
\n
• Conduct supplier due diligence and onboarding activities
\n
• Support order placement and project delivery activities once contracts are secured
\n

\n
• Minimum three years' procurement experience
\n

\n
• Previous experience in Oil, Gas, Energy, Infrastructure, Construction, Engineering or Mining industries are essential
\n

• Strong sourcing and supplier management capability
\n
• Experience supporting project-based procurement activities
\n
• Knowledge of international trade
\n
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
\n
