Key Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor:\n

- Handle cases involving divorce, financial disputes, and children matters \n
- Advise on separation agreements and nuptial agreements \n
- Manage care proceedings and domestic abuse cases \n
- Prepare for and represent clients at hearings and court \n
- Maintain high standards of risk management and compliance \n
- Contribute to the team through collaboration and knowledge sharing \n
- Promote the firm’s values and local reputation \n

- Qualified UK Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE with experience in Family law. \n
- Strong track record across a broad range of family matters \n
- Confident in advocacy and court appearances \n
- Excellent client care and communication skills \n
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team \n
- Strong IT and case management system skills \n
- Proactive, detail-focused, and approachable \n
