- Manage complex diaries, appointments, and schedules. \n
- Coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines. \n
- Track key dates, meetings, actions, and deliverables. \n
- Anticipate requirements and proactively resolve issues. \n

- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action trackers. \n
- Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making. \n
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks across various business functions. \n
- Liaise with external stakeholders, suppliers, consultants, and professional advisers. \n

- Organise travel arrangements, accommodation, and transport. \n
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, presentations, and filing systems. \n
- Manage incoming correspondence, calls, and emails professionally. \n
- Support the efficient operation of office facilities and administrative processes. \n
- \n
- Provide support with personal administration and appointments. \n
- Assist with the management and reconciliation of expenses, invoices, and related documentation. \n
- Undertake ad hoc tasks and errands as required. \n
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. \n

- Act as a key point of contact on behalf of senior leadership. \n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. \n
- Communicate effectively and professionally at all levels. \n

- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant \n
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. \n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. \n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. \n
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion. \n
- Flexible, proactive, and capable of working independently. \n
- Degree educated is advantageous but not essential. \n
