The Field Account Manager will play a crucial role in servicing independent opticians' customers, managing existing accounts, and driving the growth of our brands across the UK
\nDay-to-day of the role:
\n- \n
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, presenting collections of glasses to decision-makers and their teams. \n
- Handle all aspects of account management, supported by teams in design, merchandising, QC, and logistics. \n
- Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager to achieve seasonal budgets and meet growth and profitability targets. \n
- Efficiently plan travel schedules to maximize territory management. \n
- Proactively identify, target, and engage new account opportunities. \n
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback from customer appointments to the head office team in London. \n
- Manage and expedite returns and maintain diligent reporting. \n
- Attend bi-annual sales team meetings and participate in customer meetings, conferences, and exhibitions, which may require overnight stays. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Confident and positive individual with a passion for people and sales. \n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships and close deals. \n
- Exceptional attention to detail and commercial awareness. \n
- Experience in sales, OR a Graduate OR someone interested in starting a career and being fully trained in Field Account Management/Sales \n
- Ability to manage extensive travel, including overnight stays. \n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. \n
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to manage physical activities such as carrying or wheeling sample bags up to 50 lbs. \n
