About the Role

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to join our friendly team. This rewarding role involves supporting people in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing personal care and support

• Assisting with medication administration

• Helping with meal preparation and household tasks
\n
• Supporting service users to attend appointments and access the community
\n
• Building positive relationships with service users and their families

• Maintaining accurate care records
