Employment Solicitor – Senior Associate

The Opportunity

This is a chance to play a key role for an experienced Employment Solicitor at Senior Associate level you will be joining a established team who have a strong platform for growth. In this role there will be a focus in building client relationships, supporting the growth of key accounts and contributing to the development of the team’s presence in the local market.

What you’ll work On

• Employment advisory and contentious matters
\n
• Tribunal litigation and dispute resolution
\n
• Restrictive covenants and senior executive exits
\n
• Discrimination, whistleblowing and HR advisory issues
\n
• Employment aspects of corporate transactions (including TUPE)
\n

What experience is needed

\n
• 7+ years’ PQE in employment law
\n
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
\n
• Proven business development experience
\n
• Experience of tribunal work (desirable)
\n
• Ability to supervise and support junior team members
\n
• Commercial, proactive and growth-focused mindset
\n
