Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive - Loughborough A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy residential property team.The Role:

• Manage an independent caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish
\n
• Supervise and support staff
\n
• Contribute to business development, networking and client relationship building
\n

About You:

\n
• Minimum 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
\n
• Experience with freehold and leasehold matters, new builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity, first registrations and site acquisition
\n
• Able to manage a caseload efficiently while delivering excellent client care
\n
• Proactive with strong networking and business development skills
\n
