\n\nWe are looking for a confident Day Senior Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
\n\nYou'll be working 42 hours per week, working days only (including working alternate weekends). You will support in making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Broughton Lodge.
\n\nShift Pattern: Days (8 am – 8 pm)
\n\nWeek 1: 4 days on, 3 days off
\n\nWeek 2: 3 days on, 4 days off
\n\nBroughton Lodge is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and a learning disability who may present with behaviours that may be of concern.
\n\nWe aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration. On site we have a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) who assist and support us to provide outcome based care and support pathways.
\n\nDepending on the individual’s level of need, we have 3 different areas within the service offering different levels of support, including support for young men and women leaving an educational provision.

Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach to all individuals in our care

Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support

Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way

Assist with medical welfare needs & report as required
\n - \n
Support management in the day-to-day running of the service
\n - \n
Undertake supervisory & administrative responsibilities
\n - \n
Safeguard

Maintain a safe and clean environment for all
