Finance Director

Finance Director - Crawley (on-site) - Permanent - £80-90k

I am exclusively partnering with a well-established SME based on in Crawley who are looking for a Finance Director to join the team. A strong benefits package is in on offer including bonus. The role is primarily on-site with ad-hoc working remotely.

As their new Finance Director, you will partner closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team on commercial strategy, whilst managing a small team. You will have full responsibility for the finance function, and a focus on business wide process improvement.

Finance Director responsibilities:

• Month-end, year-end, budgeting & forecasting

• Partner closely with the MD proving analysis & guidance
\n
• KPIs, cash-flow & cost savings
\n
• Oversee day-to-day accounting, management accounts & audit
\n
• Responsibility for & continual improvement of the ERP system
\n

This excellent opportunity would suit a dynamic, fully ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified Financial Controller / Head of Finance looking to make the move to their first Finance Director role.
