Crisis Recovery Worker

Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following position available:

Position: Crisis Recovery Worker

Location: Warrington

Rate: £14 per hour including holiday pay

Length: 3 months initially with opportunity to go permanent

Hours: 6pm - 12am on Monday and Thursday, opportunities to pick shifts up on other days

Key Responsibilities include:

• Support individuals in mental health crisis within a recovery-focused service
\n
• Answer incoming calls from service users and professionals providing timely and appropriate support
\n
• Deliver one-to-one sessions tailored to individual needs and recovery goals
\n
• Facilitate group support sessions to encourage peer connection and shared learning
\n
• Respond calmly to distress and de-escalate challenging situations using appropriate techniques
\n

Essential Criteria:

\n
• Enhanced DBS (Adult & Child)
\n
• Knowledge of Mental Health and ideally work experience within a crisis recovery setting
\n
• Driving license with access to your own vehicle preferred
\n
