• Acting as the main point of contact for customers during servicing and repairs

• Communicating clearly with customers and the workshop
\n
• Explaining repair work and recommendations in a friendly, easy-to-understand way
\n
• Promoting relevant services and products
\n
• Maintaining accurate records and following processes
\n
• Handling customer queries with professionalism and care
\n
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the Aftersales department
\n

• £45,000 OTE including performance bonus
\n
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
\n
