About the Role:

You will take responsibility for a varied caseload of property charging, security and funding transactions, acting for both registered providers and for-profit providers involved in significant development, regeneration, maintenance and acquisition programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Manage real estate finance transactions from instruction through to completion
\n
• Maintain direct and proactive client communication
\n
• Collaborate with colleagues across real estate, banking and finance teams on complex matters
\n
• Review due diligence, searches, title documentation and lender requirements
\n
• Provide supervision and support to junior team members
\n
• Assist with integrating the firm’s AI-driven tools to enhance quality and efficiency
\n
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
\n
• Contribute to merger projects, development schemes and wider strategic initiatives
\n

You will work closely with experienced lawyers across several departments and support a loyal client base including:

• Institutional lenders
\n
• Local authorities
\n
• Property investors
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n
• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx)
\n
• Experience in real estate, property finance, or related transactional work
\n
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach
\n
