Paraplanner – Nottingham
\nI am pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for a Paraplanner to join my client's Nottingham office on a permanent basis. This position is ideal for someone who is motivated, detail-driven, and eager to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative and supportive environment.
\nAs a key member of a high-performing wealth team, you will provide essential technical and analytical support to Wealth Managers, enabling the delivery of high-quality financial strategies for clients.
\nThis role is primarily office-based, with the option to work remotely up to one day per week depending on business requirements.
\nWhat will you do?

- Provide comprehensive support to Wealth Managers and Financial Planners. \n
- Produce tailored financial plans that translate client aspirations into clear, actionable strategies. \n
- Manage the processing of new and existing business to ensure accuracy and efficiency. \n
- Support administrative workflows and monitor progress to maintain high standards and meet deadlines. \n
- Build knowledge of core financial planning solutions through exposure to a wide range of client scenarios. \n
- Analyse client needs and objectives to help advisors present suitable recommendations. \n
- Prepare robust financial plans and analytical reports under the guidance of senior colleagues. \n
- Support colleagues with client interactions while developing your understanding of advice processes. \n
What do you need to succeed?
\nMust-have
\n- \n
- Level 4 Financial Planning Diploma (or equivalent) and proven experience as a Paraplanner, including exposure to complex advice areas such as estate planning, trusts, pensions, and offshore products. \n
- Strong technical ability, including confidence with financial planning tools and interpreting investments, tax strategies, and pensions. \n
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, progressive environment. \n
