We’re supporting a well-established engineering business in Rugby who are looking to appoint an experienced Electro-Mechanical Fitter ready to step into a Team Leader role.

This is a hands-on position working on rotating machinery, offering a genuine opportunity to take the next step in your career.

The Role

\n
• Strip, inspect and rebuild AC/DC motors and rotating machinery
\n
• Work from mechanical and electrical drawings
\n
• Carry out testing and fault finding
\n
• Complete job reports and inspection documentation
\n
• Ensure high standards and first-time fix
\n
• Support and guide a small team within the workshop
\n
• Drive H&S, quality and housekeeping standards
\n
• Help manage workloads and project deadlines
\n

What They’re Looking For

\n
• NVQ / C&G in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
\n
• Strong electro-mechanical experience
\n
• Background with motors, gearboxes or rotating equipment
\n
• Someone ready to step into a leadership role
\n
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
\n
