Property Litigation Solicitor

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable law firm in Redditch for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding dispute resolution team.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of contentious property matters for both commercial and private clients, with genuine prospects for career development.

The Role

You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload including:

• Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes.
\n
• Possession proceedings and forfeiture matters.
\n
• Boundary and neighbour disputes.
\n
• Rights of way and easement issues.
\n
• Breach of covenant claims.
\n
• Property-related contract disputes.
\n
• Debt recovery connected to property matters.
\n
• Alternative dispute resolution and Court proceedings.
\n

Candidate Requirements

\n
• Qualified Solicitor (NQ+ PQE considered, salary commensurate with experience).
\n
• Experience within Property Litigation or Dispute Resolution.
\n
• Strong technical and procedural knowledge.
\n
• Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
\n
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
\n
• Enthusiastic, proactive and commercially minded approach.
\n
