\nAbout the Role
\nWe're looking for ambitious individuals with a minimum of one year's experience in either Talent Identification or sales to join our growing Plymouth team.
\nWhether you've built experience within Talent or have a proven track record of exceeding targets in a sales environment, you'll have the opportunity to develop a successful career with one of the UK's leading insurance Talent specialists.
\nAs an Executive at Emerald, you'll receive industry-leading training, ongoing coaching and continuous support to help you maximise your potential. You'll work alongside experienced consultants, build long-term relationships with clients and candidates, and establish yourself as a trusted specialist within your market.

\nKey Responsibilities

- Approach and engage high-calibre professionals within the insurance market. \n
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with individuals and clients. \n
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals and market research. \n
- Attend client meetings and represent Emerald professionally to strengthen existing partnerships and develop new business. \n
- Operate as a trusted consultant, providing expert market insight and advice to both clients and candidates. \n
- Manage the full lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates through to negotiating offers and successfully placing talent. \n
- Identify new opportunities within your specialist market through business development and relationship management. \n
- Ensure the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance when handling sensitive information. \n
