\nHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

\nThe Opportunity
\nOur client is looking for an organised, proactive, and commercially minded CRM & Executive Assistant to join their team.
\nThis is a varied position that combines responsibility for managing and developing the company's CRM system with providing Executive Assistant support to the CEO. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple priorities, taking ownership of key responsibilities, and playing an important role in the day-to-day running of the business.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nCRM & Data Management
\nMaintain, cleanse, and ensure the accuracy of the CRM database.
\nAssess, qualify, and add new leads, creating relevant tasks and workflows.
\nIdentify opportunities to improve CRM processes.
\nPerform data enrichment to improve the quality and completeness of records.
\nProduce regular CRM reports and management information.
\nManage bulk data imports and exports.
\nTrack and report on sales and business development activity through the CRM.
\nAnalyse and monitor call activity data.
\nRespond to data requests from the telemarketing team.
\nEnsure data integrity and compliance across all CRM records.
\nTroubleshoot CRM and software-related issues.
\nExecutive Assistant Support
\nYou will also:
\nProvide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO.
\nArrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
\nManage diaries, appointments, and meeting coordination where required.
\nAssist with general administrative and organisational tasks to support the CEO and wider business.
\nAbout You
\nOur client is looking for someone who can confidently manage a varied workload and is comfortable working in a busy office environment. You'll be highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
\nIdeal candidate will have:
\nStrong PC literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
\nExperience using CRM systems, with HubSpot experience highly desirable.
\nExcellent organisational and multitasking skills.
\nA confident, proactive, and assertive approach.
\nStrong problem-solving skills and a logical mindset.
\nCommercial awareness and an understanding of sales processes.
\nExceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
\nExperience or knowledge of the commercial property industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
