Fabricator Welder

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join a busy and well-established manufacturing business based in Paisley. This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability and consistent workload due to continued business growth.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the production process, taking technical drawings and transforming them into high-quality fabricated components before passing them to the finishing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from detailed technical drawings
\n
• Fabricate and weld components to a high standard
\n
• Ensure accuracy and quality throughout the build process
\n
• Work collaboratively with the wider production team
\n
• Prepare completed items for finishing (coating/sanding)
\n

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Welder / Fabricator
\n
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
\n
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
\n
• Experience working with structural steel or similar materials
\n
• Reliable, with a positive and proactive attitude
