The Opportunity A growing financial planning firm is looking for a newly qualified or early-career Financial Adviser to join its team.This is a great opportunity to build your advisory experience in a supportive environment, working alongside experienced professionals while developing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

    \n
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, delivering ongoing advice and regular reviews
    • \n
  • Conduct reviews in line with FCA requirements and ensure plans remain suitable
    • \n
  • Provide advice across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning
    • \n
  • Support new business opportunities and attend fact-finding meetings
    • \n
  • Build relationships with introducers and contribute to business development
    • \n
  • Assist with recommendations, suitability reports and financial planning documentation
    • \n
  • Maintain accurate and compliant client records
    • \n
  • Liaise with paraplanners, administrators and providers to ensure smooth service delivery
    • \n

About YouEssential:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
    • \n
  • Newly qualified or early-stage Financial Adviser
    • \n
  • Strong communication, analytical and report-writing skills
    • \n
  • Good organisational ability and attention to detail
    • \n
\n

Desirable:

    \n
  • Experience within an IFA or wealth management environment
    • \n
  • Knowledge across core financial planning areas
    • \n
  • Working towards Chartered status
    • \n
\n
