A respected Legal 500 firm in Greater London is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy and growing Property department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or Solicitor seeking stability, quality work, and a supportive long-term environment within a highly regarded firm.

The role offers a varied caseload with an established client base and strong referral network, alongside the backing of an experienced and well-structured team.

The Role

The caseload will include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
\n
• Transfers of equity
\n
• Re-mortgages
\n
• New build matters
\n
• Shared ownership transactions
\n
• Managing files from instruction through to post-completion
\n

Requirements

\n
• Previous experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently
\n
• Strong organisational and client care skills
\n
• Ability to manage a busy workload efficiently
\n
• Experience using case management systems
\n
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced non-qualified Conveyancer considered
\n
