• Provide strategic insights and challenge senior stakeholders to optimise profitability.

• Negotiate directly with clients, both locally and internationally.

• Oversee financial modelling and ensure quality control of pricing outputs.

• Act as a thought leader, sharing best practices and market intelligence.

• Professional Background:\n

  • 5+ years of experience leading pricing functions in a global professional services or law firm environment.

  • Proven expertise in strategic negotiations and delivering actionable pricing insights.
  \n
  • Skilled in complex modelling, quantitative analysis, and leveraging automation and AI.
  \n
  • Experience as a line manager, with a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  \n

• Educational Qualifications:\n

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  \n
  • Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is desirable.
