Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 DOE

Looking for a role where you'll be trusted to run your own caseload while being supported by a friendly, experienced team? Our client is growing their Residential Property department and is looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join them.

The Role:

• You'll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering an excellent client experience every step of the way.
\n

You'll be responsible for:

\n
• Managing sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold matters
\n
• Keeping clients informed throughout the transaction
\n
• Liaising with estate agents, lenders and other third parties
\n
• Ensuring files progress efficiently and compliantly
\n
• Building strong relationships through outstanding client service
\n

About You:

• Experienced Residential Property Fee Earners
\n
• You'll have experience managing your own conveyancing caseload, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and be confident using case management systems.
