Commercial Finance Analyst

KennedyPearce are hiring a commercially minded and highly analytical Finance Analyst to join a travel business based in West London. This is a 6 month FTC working 3 days in the office. You will have Power BI and Strong Excel skills and ready to work immediatley.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance reporting suites, dashboards, data models, and KPI tracking.

• Deliver insightful analysis and commentary on trading and product performance.
\n
• Support the implementation of AI-driven process improvements.
\n
• Partner with the Product team to analyse product margins and support pricing decisions.
\n
• Lead specific projects and provide ad hoc commercial analysis.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• 3+ years' experience in a commercial finance, financial analysis, or similar role.
\n
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with a track record of delivering actionable reporting and insights.
\n
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
\n
• Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
\n
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
\n
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude is advantageous.
\n
