\nDescription
\n* Managing development, implementation and continual improvement of the operating methods, equipment, systems and other operating infrastructure used to realize operating goals and objectives
\n* Directing development of production work schedules to meet internal goals and customer expectations; monitoring process and personnel performance of scheduled work activities to remove operating impediments and achieve established operating goals.
\n* Ensures the compliance of all regulatory guidelines and forges a safe and sound manufacturing environment
\n* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to drive performance
\n* Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback and coaching
\n* Responsible for translating the company's vision into actionable strategies
\n* Focus on driving efficiencies & margin enhancement
\n* Implementing automation solution
\n\nProfile
\n* A proven Manufacturing Manager / Operations Manager / Factory Manager within industrial manufacturing
\n* Manufacturing Safety: Knowledge of manufacturing safety; ability to identify work-related hazards and perform necessary activities to meet regulatory requirements for the safety and protection of workers, environment and site.
\n* Budgeting: Ability to apply policies and practices for planning and administering a budget.
\n* Quality Management: Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization.
\n* Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
\n* Knowledge of successful performance management techniques; ability to apply performance management system, practices, and tools to developing and improving individual, team, and organizational performance.
\n* Knowledge and understanding of Lean principles and Six Sigma methodology to continuously improve the business.
\n* Manufacturing Standards, Procedures and Policies : Knowledge of organizational standards, procedures and policies in manufacturing activities; ability to plan, guide, and monitor manufacturing processes for compliance.
\n* Proven progressive responsibility in manufacturing, including experience in formal manufacturing operations leadership.
\n* Excellent communicator across all levels of the organization, to direct and motivate people to ensure goals are met.
\n* Proven experience in a manufacturing or operations management role responsible for a production site
\n* Desired experience in sustainable manufacturing, embracing technological advancements, and implementing automation solutions
\n* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
\n* Computer literate
