Service Service is recruiting for a senior-level Electrical & RF Calibration Manager on behalf of a globally recognised engineering organisation. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving the development and delivery of high-precision electrical and RF calibration products across their full lifecycle.

You will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, playing a pivotal role in shaping product strategy, technical direction, and innovation within a highly specialised test and measurement environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery and lifecycle management for electrical and RF calibration systems
\n
• Manage and develop cross-functional engineering teams across hardware, software, and firmware
\n
• Define system architectures with a focus on RF performance, signal integrity, and metrology standards
\n
• Translate customer and market requirements into clear technical deliverables
\n
• Lead design reviews, feasibility studies, and risk management activities
\n
• Drive best practice in systems engineering, integration, and verification processes
\n
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and industry trends
\n
• Support continuous improvement across engineering processes and standards
\n
• Contribute to innovation and development of new technologies and solutions
\n

About You

\n
• Degree qualified in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or similar)
\n
• Significant experience leading engineering teams within complex product environments
\n
• Strong background in RF design and measurement systems
\n
• Experience within test & measurement, calibration, or metrology environments
\n
• Proven ability to manage full product lifecycle from concept to delivery
\n
• Strong systems engineering knowledge and structured development approach
\n
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
\n
