Management Accountant - Wimbledon Full-Time | Permanent | Office-basedUp to £55k“Numbers are your game; success is your aim - a Management Accountant's job is never mundane!"Sheridan Maine is working with a growing and dynamic organisation in Wimbledon, seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their Finance Team on a full-time, permanent basis.This is a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with strong month-end experience who is looking to develop within a supportive and collaborative environment.Key responsibilities of the Management Accountant:\n

- Preparation of monthly management accounts, including journal postings \n
- Analysis of monthly results, including variance analysis against budget and KPIs \n
- Support with internal reporting and financial analysis across the business \n
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations with full supporting documentation \n
- Assistance with budgeting and forecasting cycles \n
- Contribution to statutory accounts and audit preparation \n
- Involvement in finance and wider business projects, including process and system improvements \n
- Supporting a collaborative team culture and strong internal communication \n
- Ad hoc duties in line with business needs \n
- \n
- 3–4 years’ experience in a month-end focused finance role \n
- Part-qualified or newly qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) \n
- Strong Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS) \n
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines \n
- Strong communicator and confident working with stakeholders at all levels \n
