Our client is a well established SME business based in Harrow. They are looking to recruit an experienced and hands on Finance Leader to take full responsibility for the finance function, ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting, effective cash flow management, and full statutory compliance.

You are a hands on Finance Manager / Financial Controller, experienced at operating in a "number 1" finance role within an SME, have excellent interpersonal and management skills coupled with strong technical accounting experience. You are happy to roll your sleeves up and get into the detail, whilst being able to provide sound commercial guidance to the business.
