\nAre you an experienced Reward professional looking for an opportunity to influence business-wide reward strategy and drive meaningful change?
\nWe are partnering with a leading UK professional services organisation seeking a talented Reward specialist to join its established Reward & Recognition team.
\nThis is a varied and commercially focused position where you'll work closely with HR leaders and senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance on compensation, pay frameworks, incentives and recognition programmes.
The Role\nYou'll play a key role in shaping reward policies and ensuring fair, competitive and data-driven reward practices across the organisation.
\nResponsibilities include:

- Leading annual salary and compensation review processes \n
- Conducting salary benchmarking, market analysis and pay modelling \n
- Designing and maintaining reward frameworks and job evaluation methodologies \n
- Developing reward analytics and reporting to support business decisions \n
- Driving process improvements and reward-related projects \n
- Supporting diversity, equity and inclusion objectives through reward analysis \n
- Advising leaders on compensation, pay and recognition matters \n
- Partnering with HR and Centres of Excellence to deliver innovative reward solutions \n
- Creating engaging reward communications to improve employee understanding and engagement \n
You'll bring:

- Proven experience in Reward, Compensation or Total Rewards \n
- Strong understanding of pay benchmarking and reward frameworks \n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills \n
- Advanced Excel skills, including modelling and data analysis \n
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities \n
- Experience managing projects and delivering change initiatives \n
- Knowledge of compensation systems and reward technology platforms \n
- Workday experience is advantageous \n
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable \n
