Warehouse OperativeJob Type: Temp to PermLocation: AylesburyAnnual Salary: £29,800 with a £2,000 performance bonusWe are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Aylesbury. This role is ideal for someone with prior warehouse experience, who possesses their own transport and is physically capable of handling a demanding work environment. Training on Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) will be provided.Day-to-day of the role:

• Start each shift at 6am, working 45 hours from Monday to Friday. Note that shift times may change slightly after the temp to perm period.
\n
• Perform various physical tasks involved in the warehouse operation.
\n
• Operate and manage inventory with a focus on efficiency and safety.
\n
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
\n
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
• Must have previous experience in a warehouse setting.
\n
• Must possess own transport due to the lack of public transport access to our site.
\n
• Physically fit to handle a very physical role.
\n
• Experience with or willingness to learn to operate a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP); training will be provided.
\n
