Legal Administrator – Property Finance – Guildford

A well-established Legal 500 and Legal 200 law firm is seeking a Legal Administrator to join its specialist Property Finance team in Guildford.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and ambitious individual looking to establish a long-term career within the legal sector. Previous legal experience is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.

The Role

• Providing administrative support across property finance matters
\n
• Preparing legal documents and correspondence
\n
• Maintaining accurate records
\n
• Liaising with clients, lenders and third parties
\n
• Assisting fee earners throughout transactions
\n
• Supporting compliance and file management processes
\n
• Developing knowledge of property finance and financial services work
\n

About You (all are essential)

\n
• You live within a commutable distance of Guildford and can work full-time from the office
\n
• You have the unrestricted right to work in the UK without sponsorship
\n
• You are available to start within the next 2–4 weeks
\n
• You have gained experience through part-time, summer or other paid work alongside your studies
\n
• You hold a Law degree (ideally with modules in Property, Corporate, Commercial or Finance-related subjects) OR another degree in OR have strong interest in mathematics, finance, or analytical problem-solving
\n
• You are hardworking and eager to build a long-term career within a specialist legal team.
