Aftersales Contact Advisor - £31,000+ Package - Monday to Friday

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is supporting a valued client of ours as they seek to hire an Aftersales Contact Advisor for their established and busy contact centre department.

Located in Hedge End – our client seeks a pro-active and driven individual. Someone who has a passion for customer service and going the extra mile will be rewarded with a superb career within a reputable local business.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Booking vehicle services, MOTs and repairs into a busy workshop.

Speaking with customers via phone and digital channels, providing first-class service from start to finish.

Helping maximise workshop utilisation by identifying additional service opportunities.

Promoting service plans and loyalty products that genuinely benefit customers.

Resolving customer enquiries efficiently while maintaining exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.

Working closely with service advisors, technicians and management to ensure a seamless customer journey.

The Package:

£22,000 Basic + bonus – realistic earning potential above £31,000.

Monday to Friday – 8:00-5:00
