There are genuine opportunities for progression and involvement in the continued growth of the team.Role The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE or equivalent practical experience within a reputable residential property team. They will manage their own caseload of residential property matters, providing a high-quality service while working in a busy and deadline-driven environment. This role would suit an ambitious conveyancer who is confident handling a varied caseload, enjoys building strong client relationships and is keen to contribute to business development and the ongoing success of the team.Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for:\n

- Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion \n
- Handling a range of matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, new build transactions and transfers of equity \n
- Providing clear and proactive communication to clients, agents, referrers and other professionals \n
- Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements \n
- Delivering a high standard of client care throughout the conveyancing process \n
- Supporting business development activities and strengthening client relationships \n

- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing processes \n
- The ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively under pressure \n
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills \n
- Confidence using IT systems, case management software and Microsoft Office \n
- A good understanding of the Solicitors’ Code of Conduct in relation to referrals and the Money Laundering Regulations \n
- Experience with landlord and tenant matters and leasehold extensions would be advantageous, but is not essential \n
