Job Description
Training Coordinator
\nLocation: Sudbury
\nWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
\nWorking Pattern: Fully office-based
\n\nPurpose of the Role
\nTo coordinate and administer all training activities across multiple training centres, ensuring courses are scheduled efficiently, delegates receive an excellent customer experience, compliance standards are maintained, and revenue targets are achieved.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Schedule and manage all training courses. \n
- Process bookings, payments, and training records. \n
- Coordinate internal and external trainers and assessors. \n
- Prepare training rooms, materials, and resources. \n
- Support accreditation audits and maintain compliance records. \n
- Welcome and support delegates on training days. \n
- Manage course pricing in line with agreed guidelines. \n
- Own and maintain the training quote log. \n
- Proactively follow up quotes and convert enquiries into bookings. \n
- Support marketing activity, including social media promotion. \n
- Monitor costs and contribute to training profitability. \n
Key Skills & Experience
\n- \n
- Experience in administration, customer service, or training coordination. \n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. \n
- Strong organisational and communication skills. \n
- Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues. \n
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail. \n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. \n
