Move Manager

Freightserve are looking to recruit a Move Manager for a niche sector Freight company. The role is working within Fine Arts and Antique shipments. The company is based in the Perivale area

About the Role:-

The company specialise in the safe handling, transportation, and installation of priceless artworks.

Duties:-

• Overseeing global exports to various worldwide destinations
\n
• Shipping various Fine Arts and Antiques by Sea, Air and Roadfreight
\n
• Start to finish position
\n
• Being the main client contact for all shipments
\n
• Dealing with Key Accounts
\n
• Being main contact throughout the Shipping process.
\n
• Maintained all client records (updating inhouse system)
\n
• Dealing with Transporters, Shipping Lines and Airlines
\n
• Handling all Shipping documentation
\n
• Dealing with invoicing
\n
• Building and maintaining client relationships
\n

Required experience:-

\n
• Art Handling Experience Desirable
\n
• Knowledge of Shipping processes
\n
