REED Business Support in Bath is excited to have won a new client with offices based in Bath in their search for a Part-Time Project Administrator.

This is a temporary role starting on 6th July until the end of August / September

\n

£14.00 - £14.75

\n

Part-time – 22.5 hours per week

\n

This role is to support a small team and is crucial in delivering and developing a programme for support workers of friends and family.

\n

Day-to-day of the role:

    \n
  • Support the Project Team in setting up both online and offline support interventions.
  • \n
  • Consult with staff, volunteers and participants to schedule activities, research and book venues, and liaise with attendees, volunteers and speakers.
  • \n
  • Ensure materials, forms, merchandise and refreshments are ordered, delivered on time and within budget and transported efficiently to venues.
  • \n
  • Manage data collection, storage, and reporting to ensure efficient and secure handling of participant and enquiry data.
  • \n
  • Gather stories, testimonials and images from beneficiaries, maintaining records of permissions for use.
  • \n
  • Organise and minute team meetings to ensure clarity of actions.
  • \n
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Team and attend events and course sessions to ensure smooth operation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent administration and organisational skills.
  • \n
  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • \n
  • Strong relationship-building skills with experience in data entry, monitoring and report generation.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and experience with database/CRM systems.
  • \n
  • Polite, professional manner with empathy and ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • \n
  • Good time management skills, ability to prioritise a busy workload, and work independently.
