Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Colnbrook Cargo Centre, Slough, SL3 0NW

Shift: 4 On / 4 Off | Day Shift | 07:00 – 19:00

Pay: £16.00 per hour

Due to a significant increase in business, we're expanding our Heathrow warehouse team and are looking for two experienced Warehouse Supervisors to join us.

We're looking for motivated, hands-on Warehouse Supervisors to lead our busy warehouse operation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy leading teams, and understand the demands of airfreight logistics, we'd love to hear from you.

• Lead and supervise booking-in, labelling and put-away teams.
\n
• Ensure all freight is accurately labelled and documented for airline dispatch.
\n
• Develop warehouse staff on procedures and safety standards.
\n
• Maintain compliance with CAA and UCH regulations.
\n
• Resolve operational and customer queries professionally.
\n
• Drive high standards of safety, accuracy and productivity across the warehouse.
\n

• Previous experience in aviation freight or warehouse operations.
\n
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
\n
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
\n
• Confident communicator who performs well under pressure.
\n
• Physically fit with a hands-on approach.
\n
• 5 year checkable background
\n

• COS Certificate (training can be provided if required).
\n

• £16.00 per hour.
\n
• 6% annual bonus, paid quarterly.
\n
• 20 days holiday, increasing to 22 days after two years' service.
