Head Of Finance

Robert Half has partnered with a large engineering business in Crewe to recruit for a Head of Finance on a 14-16 month fixed term contract.

Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 + bonus up to 10%

Working pattern: Hybrid (2 days office, 3 days from home)

Start date: August or September

Location: Crewe

The Role

A senior, strategic finance leadership role within a large and complex organisation. You will work closely with executive stakeholders to drive performance, shape strategy and support ongoing growth and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial performance reporting
\n
• Partner with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions
\n
• Provide clear insight into business performance, risks and opportunities
\n
• Ensure strong financial controls, governance and compliance
\n
• Lead and develop the finance team through a period of change
\n

Requirements

\n
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
\n
• Experience working within a large, complex organisation
\n
• Proven ability to operate at a strategic level and influence senior stakeholders
\n
• Strong commercial finance and planning background
\n
• Track record of leading teams and delivering change
\n
