\nWe're looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team. This is a busy, high-volume contact centre where you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve a wide range of enquiries while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
\nNo two days are the same, so you'll need to be a great communicator, enjoy problem-solving and remain calm under pressure. If you're someone who enjoys helping people and wants to build a long-term career within customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role\nAs a Customer Service Advisor, you'll manage a high volume of inbound customer calls, providing efficient and professional support while ensuring every customer receives the best possible service.
\nYour responsibilities will include:

- Managing a high volume of inbound customer calls in a busy contact centre environment. \n
- Resolving customer queries efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience. \n
- Investigating customer issues and identifying the most appropriate solutions. \n
- Providing accurate information about products, services and customer accounts. \n
- Updating customer records accurately using internal CRM and business systems. \n
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve more complex enquiries. \n
- Working towards individual and team performance targets, including quality and customer satisfaction. \n
- Building positive relationships with customers through every interaction. \n
- Maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude during busy periods. \n
We're looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, takes pride in delivering excellent service and is motivated to make a positive difference with every customer interaction.
\nYou'll ideally have:
\n- \n
- Around 12 months' experience within a customer-facing role such as customer service, contact centre, retail, hospitality, reception or sales support. \n
- Excellent communication and active listening skills. \n
- A friendly, empathetic and professional telephone manner. \n
- The ability to remain calm and resilient in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence making decisions. \n
- Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. \n
- Confidence using multiple computer systems and learning new software. \n
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. \n

- Competitive salary of £25,000 - £27,000. \n
