The Case Progression Manager will oversee the effective management of casework processes within the not-for-profit sector, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of customer service objectives. This temporary position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on operational efficiency and compliance.

- Promote clarity of the Case Manager role across teams. \n
- Track case progression, ensuring timeliness and risk mitigation. \n
- Analyse data to identify trends and inform planning. \n
- Provide accurate data for reporting and governance. \n
- Deliver targeted training to improve practice and compliance. \n
- Liaise between JLT, managers, and senior leadership. \n
- Contribute to key meetings supporting oversight. \n
- Escalate non-compliance with proceedings timescales. \n
Profile
\nA successful Case Progression Manager should have:
\n- \n
- Experience in case management or a related customer service role within the not-for-profit sector. \n
- Qualification in social work and registered with Social Work England. \n
- Good understanding of MS Office, especially Microsoft Word and Outlook. \n
- High level of understanding of the care proceedings/ family justice system and experience of undertaking care proceedings. \n
- Up to date with legislation, policies and procedures. \n
- Experience of working with looked after children, including involvement in complex legal proceedings. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n
Job Offer

- An hourly rate of £23.00 to £29.00, depending on experience and qualifications. \n
