A well-regarded Legal 500 firm in Greater London is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor seeking a varied and interesting caseload, quality supervision, and long-term progression within an established and ambitious

firm.

You will work on a broad range of contentious property matters acting for landlords, tenants, developers, investors and private individuals.

The Role

The caseload will include:

• Commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes
\n
• Possession proceedings
\n
• Boundary and neighbour disputes
\n
• Easements and rights of way
\n
• Dilapidations claims
\n
• Leasehold disputes and forfeiture matters
\n
• Property-related contractual disputes
\n

Requirements

\n
• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Property Litigation matters
\n
• Ability to manage a caseload with an appropriate level of supervision
\n
• Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
\n
• Commercially aware with strong client-facing abilities
\n
• Ambitious and motivated to develop within a Legal 500 environment
\n
