Management Accountant | Warrington | Hybrid | £45,000 to £52,500 + Excellent Benefits & Bonus Axon Moore is delighted to be partnering with a large, well-established business in Warrington to recruit a qualified Management Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing finance team in a varied role with exposure to senior stakeholders, process improvement initiatives, and genuine career development.Key responsibilities include:\n

\n
• Preparation of accurate monthly management accounts and group reporting
\n
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
\n
• Producing insightful overhead reporting and supporting key stakeholders with financial performance
\n
• Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close
\n
• Maintaining robust financial controls and identifying process improvements
\n
• Supporting Finance Business Partners and cost centre managers with commercial insight
\n
• Assisting with treasury, tax and audit requirements
\n
• Supporting business change projects, systems improvements and finance transformation initiatives
\n
• Mentoring junior team members and providing technical support where required
\n

The Candidate\n

\n
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with 1–3 years' post-qualified experience
\n
• Strong management accounting, reporting and forecasting experience
\n
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
\n
• Confident communicating with stakeholders across the business
\n
• Previous team leadership or mentoring experience is desirable but not essential
\n
• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
\n
• Genuine opportunities for progression within a growing finance function
