A well-established firm of Chartered Accountants in Fareham is looking for an Accountant to join their team. It's an office-based role, ideal for someone who is AAT4 qualified with 2 to 3 years of practice experience behind them. After a proper induction, you'll take responsibility for a mixed portfolio and work closely with the Portfolio Managers, while also helping the more junior members of the team coming up behind you.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing year-end accounts for limited companies, LLPs, sole traders and partnerships
\n
• Calculating business and personal tax using the CCH suite
\n
• Preparing accounts packs and working through file review points
\n
• Advising on and filing personal tax returns under supervision
\n
• Ad hoc work through the year, including P11Ds and ATED
\n
• Working to client budgets
\n
• Mentoring and coaching less experienced colleagues
\n
