Registered Nurse – Day & Night Shifts Available
\n\nWe are recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a well-established care home in the Huntingdon area, providing high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
\n\nJob Purpose
\n- Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care in line with the home's philosophy, values and standards
\n- Act as the senior clinician on duty, ensuring the smooth and safe running of the home
\n- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans
\n- Support and supervise care staff
\n- Ensure safe medicines management
\n- Carry out or assist with personal care when required
\n\nRequirements
\n- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active, unrestricted NMC PIN
\n- Minimum 1 year post-registration nursing experience
\n- Sound knowledge of NMC Standards of Proficiency, medicines management, safeguarding, CQC/CI regulations, dementia and mental health care
\n\nKey Skills
\n- Clinical assessment and care planning
\n- Medication administration
\n- Leadership and staff supervision
\n- Strong communication and documentation
\n- Confident with electronic care plans / eMAR systems
\n- Ability to work autonomously and manage emergencies
\n\nHours
\nFlexible shifts as rostered, including weekends and bank holidays. Night duty is wakeful unless notified otherwise. Days shift is also available.
