AJ Chambers are pleased to be partnered with a legal organisation ranked within the legal 500 who are currently recruiting for a Employment Associate to Join their Employment team due to growth.

Main Duties:

\n
• The work is interesting; there is minimal corporate support or international project work
\n
• You will learn new skills and about new areas of law because we are curious and willing to do a typical things for employment lawyers
\n
• You have a genuine influence on the direction of the firm and the decisions that affect your daily life through the firm-wide strategy process, employee representatives and regular team meetings to which anyone in the firm can (and do) add agenda items
\n

Key Requirements:

\n
• 2-4 years PQE Employment Law experience
\n
• Really bright with good academics
\n
• Excellent communication skills
\n
• Who can adapt to different client's needs and empathise with their difficult situations
\n
• Self-aware and conscientious
\n
• A good team player
\n
